This communication campaign has the aim of revitalizing the graphic universe of the Blandy's Madeira merchandising, for sale in the Blandy's Wine Lodge store in Funchal, boosting the brand and captivating more and new audiences.
"Blandy is the history of an Island." A history that dates back to the early 1800s and that would mark the entire Blandy family and also the island of Madeira itself, as they have been a hegemonic position in the island’s economy, culture and society, covering multiple areas of activity in addition to wine, such as commerce, navigation and finance.
This was the structural idea for the conceptual and graphic development of this campaign, which aims to tell the history of Blandy, here mixed with the history of the island of Madeira. And thus, the headline 'Blandy is Madeira' was born, plus the signature 'for over 200 years'. In parallel, a dynamic pattern was created composed of a pictographic and typographic universe. The icons embody Blandy's diverse activities over the years and the typography is drawn from old wine labels. The colours transport us to an old statement: "The Island of Eternal Spring".
